intriguing

Picking up where the previous book left off, we jump right back into the action that is considered Raven's life. It is filled with twists and turn along with danger and suspense. It continues to be an incredibly intriguing read that held my attention captive. I am very excited to read the continuation of the series.

Still a great series!

I've read each book and listened to them as well. I enjoy both delivery methods. I enjoy this series so much that I can't wait for the next part.

Raven

This is book 3 in this quirky and humorous story. It is a fun read. There is political intrigue when a witch turns into a vampire and retains her magical abilities. Actually, those abilities grow and develop more. There is a prophecy of a Blood Witch, which many are afraid of coming true. The lead Vampire and has lost all interest in life before Raven arrived. She has breathed new life into him and extended his reign, which some dislike. Politics play a large part in all of their lives. This is another great story by the author. I have enjoyed Raven’s story as things are revealed. The narration is excellent. I am looking forward to the next book in the series. A Delightfully Dark and Magical Midlife Adventure

The intriguing and amusing Paranormal Women's Fiction book "Forty Shades of Dead" by Tia Didmon chronicles the journey of a midlife witch as she faces the difficulties of age, magic, and the paranormal. This audiobook, which is the third book in the Magical Midlife Death series, is masterfully narrated and perfectly captures the essence of the characters with a wonderful balance of heart, comedy, and sass. The narrative has many surprising turns and twists, and Didmon writes in an engrossing style.
The protagonist is a likable and charming figure because of her realistic battles with menopause, self-discovery, and her newly discovered abilities. The plot is made more complex and endearing by the equally outstanding supporting cast. "Forty Shades of Dead" is a narrative that blends comedy, heart, and a hint of evil, and is highly recommended for fans of magical realism and paranormal women's fiction.
