Elena Michaels, the Pack's chief enforcer, knows all too well the havoc "mutts" can wreak. When they hear of a series of gruesome maulings and murders outside Anchorage, she and her husband, Clay, journey to Alaska in the dead of winter in order to hunt down the dangerous werewolves.
Trapped in this savage, untamed winter realm, she and Clay learn more about their own werewolf heritage than they bargained for, tapping a little more into the wild nature of the beast within.

Any additional comments?
Her Newfie accent sucked. Sucked sucked sucked. Has no one in the States ever heard a Newfie accent. It's not Irish. Her other voices besides Clay and Elena (which were very good) were not done that well.
Elena is Canadian, so she would pronounce things Canadian. Forte is not pronounced 'Fort' it is pronounced 'Fortay'.
Her Elena & Clay voices were good, the others-meh

The majority of this novel takes place in Alaska. After following Reese Williams an Australian mutt outside of the continental US, Jeremy asks them to check up on old pack members Dennis and Joey Stillwell and some human-wolf attacks. Elena Michaels Danvers and her mate Clayton Danvers follow a bloody trail of gruesome slayings deep into Alaska’s frozen wilderness in this book. This leads them to find that Dennis has been murdered and Joey’s son Noah Albright has been taken by the mutts as well. There’s nothing the werewolf community dislikes more than calling attention to itself, So when rogue man-eaters begins hunting humans, it’s up to Elena and Clayton to track down the predators. Any illusions their task would be simple are quickly dismissed as they find that there’s something very disturbing taking place in the dark Alaskan forests. While getting in contact with the mutt and looking into the murders, they uncover a plot that traces all the way back to Russia and the Ukraine. Further, they are also being pursued/threatened by a strange creature that seems to have stepped out of Clay's professorial papers on shape shifters. A werewolf more wolf than human and more unnatural than supernatural is on the hunt, a creature whose origins seem to spring from ancient legends of the shape-shifting Wendigo. A creature called Ijiraat. Clayton and Elena also find themselves confronting painful ghosts from their pasts and an issue neither of them is eager to discuss. Elena has been chosen to become the new Pack leader, and as every wolf knows, there can be only one Alpha will instinct allow one of them to lead and the other to follow find out by reading the book.
