Typical woman meets man and loses her mind.

The books are ok but I’m so tired of all authors making women so stupid when she sees a man. They just make them so stupid staring after the man and they just go blank. Has anyone ever been that way. I’m 69 and I never have but I think all authors think that’s romance not just this author.
