As a gloriously unlikely friendship blossoms, Geraldine begins to feel a long-lost spark of life and a newfound confidence. Perhaps what both women needed most, after all, was each other.

Great insight to how people react to grief

Great story, slow from the start but keep listening. The ending is brings a tear to your eye.

the book about grief I didn't know I needed

this book helped me so much. I didn't even know I needed it. it gently takes you through all the stages with honesty and it is like you are holding hands with a friend as you walk through it together. the author has beautifully created a story to bring hope to living with grief.
