A great read, much richer than first seems

Well written with thoughtfully created characters. Just when it seems a familiar path ahead, the story is much richer with …. well, it just gets better!

This is a beautifully written story.

This tale begins with a simple woman, existing in a somewhat drab life. The book expands and blooms like a maple tree into a many-faceted story with colorful, extraordinary characters!

I’ve listened to this story multiple times now. The narration is perfect. Also, unlike some stories that start slow, each chapter provides just enough detail and then flows into the next chapter smoothly and yet with surprises and turns to keep one interested the whole time.
