Back at the Top!

Back at the top with 5 stars all around, after dipping to a 4 in the last book ... the redemption? Ed is FINALLY dealt some serious consequences for her head strong, willy nilly, devil may care, don't tell me I can't do anything by myself, cavalier attitude! Not that we wanted her to be critically harmed, but it is infuriating to hear beautiful, adored women who are used to getting their own way constantly put themselves (and others) in danger because of their naiveté about the uncontrollable evil that does exist in the world. As always, we are treated to fictional encounters with real people sprinkled into the historical story elements that keep things interesting and entertaining. Love this series!

The best yet in the series

This was a great book. While most of the books have been good, this was the best. I eagerly anticipate the next one in the series
