Not bad...

I really like most of John Grisham's stuff except for maybe a couple of heavily ball sport ones. No complaints about Gray Mountain I don't think. Terrible thing that strip mining.

A scene with so much potential but an insufferable main character

Sorry John, there are only 2 books of yours I haven’t enjoyed so far but this one is the worst. Such a cool scene laid with such great interesting characters. Why did the main one have to be so whiney and indecisive. All wretch and no vomit I’m afraid. Really hope to see this as one of a series with other main characters. As an attorney myself I love your books. There’s a lot of wisdom and “chicken soup” for legal practitioners in between the lines. I listened to my first a few months ago and I’m hoping I don’t go through them all too quickly.

Got very bored

I love John Grisham's books but I got so bored with the story line and characters.
