Alex has made some staggering progress in the fantasy world, with his growth skill continuously expanding his stats to some truly overpowered heights. The more he grinds in the Dungeon, the stronger he becomes, and that also rings true for the three stunning mages with him.

Alex's grind has already paid off as the party not only won a tournament, but bested a dangerous foe that rarely appears on the surface. Now that they have saved Tringall, perhaps it was time for a little rest before continuing with the grind.

Unfortunately, things rarely go as planned.

Authors note: Inspired by light novels, RPGs, and mangas. Contains Isekai, light LitRPG/Gamelit stats, dungeons, magic, and a touch of trope.

We join Alex and his group in this book a short time after their defeat of the Hydra in the arena. Will follow. Next is an adventure, lean to the heart of Clarissa‘s homeland, battling a very ancient soul, surprises from all around, plus, a new addition to the group. This was a great third novel, and I eagerly await book four!

Great third book

This tale is proof that a harem story doesn’t have to be rife with hard-core intimacy to be good. While I totally enjoyed the story, I found the main narration duties off-putting, and almost totally out of synch with the character being portrayed. I sincerely hope the narrator can find it within himself to change his performance characteristics to be more in-line with the character, or someone with more empathy can be found to take over the role for the next installments.

And speaking of the next installments - it’s been quite some time since Growth Hero 3 was published; enough that one must wonder if the author is ever going to continue with subsequent releases. How say you, Author Tyman?

A Fun, Entertaining Story

the story to me is quite enjoyable, but some aspects were a bit grating on my nerves (for example: talking nonsense when surrounded by an enemy army). and one aspect of all 3 books that's been itching at me. Anastasia, is this adorable ball of nerves ever going to stop being mascot/pet type because in my opinion, a few of the MCs' choice of wordings after hard situations alienates her severely from the group dynamic. and also the item stacking on MC was a bit iritating also. the daggers and the cloak are perfect for the adorable bundle of wiggling nerves as she provides as the groups role of a strike scout, the camo plus several throwable daggers was a greatly missed strategic opertunity to expand on her role in the team.

mostly enjoyable
