Honestly I`m not sure if it should put me to sleep but it did, and I loved it. I`ll be making a habit of listening to this every evening, its just so relaxing.

I am so pleased with this and the other meditations from Mindfulness Training. They are very good and they work. I love them. I've noticed a decrease in stress as well as an increase in energy and creativity. I think they strike a wonderful balance. They're helpful and useful and I highly recommend this one and all of them. They are a helpful source of inner peace and strength.

I love the ambient music and the guide's voice is very soothing and relaxing. Overall excellent.

This was an interesting look at meditation but I had a hard time staying focused. I want to try this again because I want to see if I can enrich my life though meditation that so many believe in. I would recommend this book to others like me who have never tried meditation.

I first listened at a business convention when I needed to snatch a little down time. There are pauses in the presentation and I kept popping up to see if my device had turned off. But once I got into it and listened, it was better than a nap. I went back to work refreshed and focused. The hardest part is blocking the half hour needed. Once you make this audio a habit and make an appointment with yourself to listen, it's definitely worth it.

Enjoyed it, very relaxing. Only 4 stars because I was so tired afterwards and not at all motivated. I think if it was 15-20 min max it would be better for mid day meditation.
