The Review allows negotiators to look at every angle of this confusing and ambiguous process

Good primer with wide variety of examples

This is a good overview of current academic thought on negotiation. Not everything will be relevant to you, but all examples are, at least, interesting. Everyone should be able to get something out of it.

I learned lot on this book last part cached lot of meaning ful lesson. I will listen again need some references
