Pleasure is experienced by all beings on earth. Pleasure itself is considered the lowest rung of the ladder typically associated with the first chakra. Osho then speaks about happiness: he said that happiness is a psychological phenomenon and used a few examples to describe happiness. One interesting thing he mentioned in regards to happiness is that unhappiness is it's opposite and effectively two sides of the same coin. He then talks about bliss and mentions that bliss has no polarity for it is a unique experience of its own. Most of the talk is taken up with Osho defining and describing bliss. I found it interesting how he moved up the chakras as he defined this: that pleasure is the root chakra and how happiness is the sacral chakra and bliss is the crown chakra. This was an informative Osho talk meant to help his audience understand what bliss actually is.

Osho defines Bliss: this is one of his more straightforward teachings.
