This book is really difficult to do through audio. The authors reference numerous studies and researchers, referencing multiple lists and techniques. It ends up reading like a meta analysis of all research in the field that might be interesting to a graduate student writing s research paper, but difficult for someone to follow in their daily commute to work.

Hour after hour of list after list
