Ending a little disappointing

The ending was little disappointing. I thought you get more into there Relationship and drug thing story line maybe have someone from Griffith and Evan past come back. Just so much more need to be added.

love the book but it just needed a little more

it was a great book but I felt like it was too short and just needed something. it would be better if it was longer and more detailed. I would still love a 3rd book. maybe one where it's like 3 or 4 years down the road and she finds out she's pregnant. it would be nice to have a long book.

MC irked

the story was okay. Ive gone through several Albany Walker books and this was my least favorite. The main character was too clueless to be a teacher. And extremely misinformed to be working in a school for paranormal students. The narration was not bad but the female lead could have been slightly better but i again feel this was just more of the main female character's personality. The story ran dry going towards the end. This book could of served as more of a chapter than a book. I will admit not going through Book one but I don't think it would have made a difference. A good book is a good book no matter where you fall in in a series.

Abrupt Ending Indeed

The ending was abrupt and I thought the first book was better than the second. Aside from that, the narration was excellent and overall this book was captivating enough that I listened to it the whole way through. I look forward to listening to more books by Albany Walker.

Everyone needs to talk this series up more so she'll write more books. I enjoyed the book. There is so much more story to explore. Glad we got to all the spice in this book. it was worth the wait. chef's kiss 💋
