Loved it!

I don't normally write reviews but this book really deserves it! Sarah Eden makes the reader care about the people in this book, even the secondary characters. It was well written and read.

Memorable Book!

Sarah M. Eden has done it again! Another story that is endearing, enchanting, yet emotional and memorable. The characters stay true to their nature from "the Sheriff of Savage Wells" and the story is well put together. You will love the people, story and how it all unwinds. I will always recommend Sarah M. Eden's books to friends!

Just like a Hallmark movie

Very enjoyable listen. Story moves well, and kept me interested. A good “chick flick” just in the Audible version.

Best book I've read in a long time,

Absolutely loved this well written and well developed story from start to finish! The characters were vivid and as a nurse myself, I really appreciated the role the main character played. The premise that women had few if any legal rights in this era was well established, and the deplorable conditions of asylums during that period in history were well described. I am sorry it is finished, but will seek out other titles by this author!

What a Joy

What a delightful surprise this book was. It took me to a time that was a true struggle just to live. I loved all the characters in this little town, and the narrator was so good at each one, that I was able to picture in my mind and heart all of them. I think they should turn this book into a movie.
