Where's Thomas? You say. He's not reading it this time as Fred is. After adjusting to Fredrick's reading style I really enjoyed the book. Slowed down cadence is nice. All the material covered in the book is steller. Really impressed that Fred covered the blood type diet as that has changed my life in amazing ways. Thanks for your contributions to humanity. It's refreshing.
