This is one of the best books I've listened to and I've already recommended it to a few of my friends!! The author gives sound advice that makes perfect sense for anyone working to better themselves. I give this book a thumbs-up!

Totally Relatable and Valuable

As the betrayed party of a 20 year relationship, I completely resonated with almost everything in this book. I found it very comforting and reassuring to hear how “normal“ my state of being was (and still is at the time of this writing). Should my partner choose to read this book and follow its suggestions, I have complete faith that our relationship could not only heal, but become stronger than ever.

My only feedback would be to the production side of the recording. I did hear quite a bit of background noise in the recording, which I found slightly distracting. As someone in the field of the performing arts, I am sensitive to such things. As such, I offered to feedback with love and gratitude.

Useful book

This book was very good, to the point, and had a whole bunch of practical, useful information. I really appreciate it it and plan on listening to it again.
