An excellent follow-up to the first story.

One of my favorite things about this series so far is it doesn't take itself too seriously. The author does a good job of injecting levity in most of the situations while not losing the nature of the encounter. The main character sets his goals in the first book and is attempting to accomplish them as quickly as possible and that continues in the second book. The narrators do an excellent job and have a good range of voices. I am very much looking forward to the next book.

what can I say everything was awesome I can't wait for the third book

Loved book 1

I received a free code in exchange for an honest review, I listened to book 1 , not too long ago. This story does have some spice, and the MC always talks about when he builds his castle, but never shows any castle building expertise lol. as he progresses through the book, you feel him start showing who he really is and what his desire drives him to do. All in all, a very fun read if you're into shameless pursuit of your inner most desires and doing the dark deeds that need doing.

an enjoyable continuation of the previous book, more action, adventure, fantasy, and women. If you enjoyed the first book, you'll love this one.
