1st story 4 stars, 2nd story 3 stars

I got the 2 book series. The first story was pretty good even though I tend to stay away from 2nd chance romance, they aren’t my thing. Also, the first intimate scene was a little cringey for me. Otherwise I enjoyed the book and the characters.
I liked Dex, but I was not a fan of Kenna in the second story. She needed to get over herself a little. The fact that she kept complaining about men telling her what to do irritated me. They weren’t just “men”, they were trained professionals that knew what they were doing while she did not. They may have been men, but a woman with their training would have told her the same things. It irritates me when authors try to portray a character as strong and independent and has the character make a big deal about not following men’s orders just because they are men, never mind that they are trained and know what they are doing and the that female character does not. They would have given the same instructions to a man who was in the same situation. There is a difference between independent and irrational.

First time listening to Caitlyn O’ Leary.

I have always loved Susan Stoker books and now I also love Caitlyn O’ Leary. What a great surprise to get a good story line with well developed characters. Can’t wait to listen to the next book.

I love this series

Wow this was awesome. I already had read both but to get to set back and just listen was an awesome experience. This is the first two books in the series. When it comes to the woman they love these seals will go to the ends of the earth t keep them safe, loved, and completely satisfied.
