I Prefer Her Other Series

I really enjoy the romantic suspense aspects of the story but it was extremely bizarre how all of the characters complained about the Hawaiian tourists as if the native islanders would welcome them there. They actually do not and have had a strong resurgence of anti-statehood sentiment. The U.S annexed the Kingdom of Hawaii against their wishes. It isn’t even close to ancient history.
