A former Special Forces soldier and government agent is called upon to help a family in danger.

Jack Kane is a wanted man. Governments want him dead. And he is the last hope for a family facing a ruthless private military organization.

A UK football club owned by a father-daughter team finds itself the subject of an aggressive takeover bid. Things get out of control when the buyers turn out to be a company backed by a private military group with links to the Russian government. Jack Kane and Frank Craven are the family's last hope as they try to survive brutal attacks and violent thugs in this life-or-death thriller.

Kane is pursued by savage military thugs and vicious government agents. Can he survive and save the family in his fast-paced adventure packed with action, twists, and unforgettable characters?

If you like Andy McNab, Steven Leather, Robert Ludlum's Jason Bourne, and Lee Child's Jack Reacher, you will love this heart-stopping thriller.

Series has gotten ridiculous. This one was a stretch from the start. When you have multiple times in a book where you think, “That’s just stupid,” something’s wrong. And there are way too many of those here. The last hour and ending were thrown together like Stone had a train to catch and needed to wrap it up quickly.

Liked the first two books in the series and already have the next one in queue, but won’t be very patient if it isn’t better than this effort.

Silly and Implausible Even for a Thriller
