Great story, annoying kid brother. Too annoying to continue.

Narrators immitation of the young boy was too much. I love post apocalyptic stories, but not when it comes to a smart sister trying to survive dragging around the most annoying little brother. Absolutely unable to listen to the inflection in the narrators voice. Terrible. Nails on a chalk board.

I enjoyed this first installment very much. It’s scary. How close could be to happening great story good narration.

Excellent book story and flow.

This was an excellent book based upon possible real world experiences. You connected the dots very well and the ending was excellent.

A perfect and plausible scenario

the way the author puts forth a situation where a massive, coordinated attack, plus a wide open border creates a very scary reality.

Didn't care for this one

If you are into a lot of military action and less about prepper fiction this story might be for you. It's not my favorite style of shtf scenario.
