Be less tolerant

Today’s society wants to give everyone a participation trophy. That doesn’t work when livelihoods. The most successful companies were incredibly hard and tedious to apply and get hired. I gained a few good insights to hiring and Firing. Ive ran a business for over17 years and still felt like I learned a few things here.

I wish I had read this about 10 years ago. I oversee a small company with about 20 employees. What I have learned from this book not only will help me in the hiring process, but also in the active management process. And it will help me in the firing, that inevitably happens in all organizations.
