I was hoping for a great story. Nope. This female is so confusing. She’s tough to the people she should be scared of and scary when she should be tough. Then she has to get away from the same people that can keep her safe and the minute she’s away bad crap happens... 🙄.

I enjoy Mafia stories, and this one did not disappoint. It was more of a back and forth, deciding if these two characters should be together, but the journey was entertaining, a little suspenseful, and super steamy.
The narration was enjoyable.

Too short

I really liked this book. The narrators were alright, but the story made up for any irritation I found in their voices.

Decent listen

It was a good story but everything happened too quickly and felt the back story could have been more thorough.
