A lot of interesting subject matter covered here. However, it was difficult to separate the reading from the story. Unfortunately the pronunciations were not good, which kept me distracted. I think there are more captivating story tellers than whoever wrote this. I won't ever be able to finish this one.

This one won't make history

As indicated in the title, there were some strong structural issues with the narration. In addition to that, it's pretty basic for what it advertised. I think there are significantly better products out there, particularly when you're buying it with an audible credit.

Bad pronunciation, coughing during the narration, a lot of basic things went wrong here and it distracts from the product.

I just wanna give a shout out to THAT COUGH towards the end of Japan Chapter 4!! No need to edit it out, I think it gives the book character. Book is good also, short and to the point, which is exactly what I was looking for.

That COUGH Though!!

it's a pretty good summery of the countries although some of the pronoucuations are odd and the editing was pretty bad (a few times he says something, then re records it without the edit of removing the first part).

good information.

If you are able to ignore the bad pronunciation of historical names and places you could get a sweeping overview of the history of countries in this region.

Beware pronunciation of names and places are way off.
