An age-old theme updated to perfection

The beginning moved slowly but once the story took off, I didn’t want to stop listening. I can’t think of anything else to say without spoiling it, so let me just say that I recommend this story!

Why don't we ever learn from our mistakes?!

This is a pretty cool story. The reader in the audiobook does a great job. Even with the foreshadowing, I was surprised several times. The main character was depressingly flawed, but that only made the story better because her thinking is relatable.

The twist in the twist and a great ending

Love the story and how there were twist. The story also drew me in and kept me hooked.

Quality acting and thoughtful story.

The actor brings alive a complex character that everyone knows who is deftly described by a masterful writer with empathy, humor, and respect.
