The author shares plenty of relatable examples and stories to help the reader visualize each process and rite.

It is clear to me that the author knows and honors the spirit of the work and roots. I would recommend this book to anyone seeking information on magickal cleansing, blessing, and protection.

The narrator is easy to listen to, and the narrartion pace supports contemplation.

wonderful information for beginners

I am new to this but this book gives you the dose and don't on Hoodoo. I never knew anything about my culture. I was ignorant dye to the fact I was raised in a Pentecostal church and my father was the Pastor. Now since I have listened to this book I now know what Conjuring is and where it came from. I was taught this stuff was witchcraft and you will go to hell. I'm 60 years old now and I am so glad I went outside of my normal listening selections. I wish I would have ventured out years ago. The only thing I felt could have been different is the readers voice didn't captivate me but the information was excellent.

Descriptions of each ritual n explanation of why u shouldn’t do certain things

Very informative.. very detailed instructions on how to perform rituals! Definitely designed for beginners! Would definitely recommend to those starting out on their spiritual journey.
