This is going to be a good series

Well written story. A lot of detail and an interesting plot. Michael Ferraiuolo did a wonderful job bringing this story and all of the charactors to life. It'll be fun seeing how each of these brothers find there fated mates. Very good start to this series.

Wholesome dragon/human romance

This was surprisingly wholesome. I expected it to be more rough around the edges but it was rather sweet, and well, corny. Niko and Lake are fated mates so obviously there's insta-attraction from the get go. Totally smitten.

The dragon brothers have a strong bond and while they communicate with light-hearted banter they also close ranks when one of them is in trouble.

The plot is predictable and there is no angst but it doesn't always need to be about high stakes and whiplash causing twists and turns. It wasn't exactly what I expected but I still enjoyed it well enough. If you are into found family, shifters and fated mates making googly eyes at each other, this might be for you. And not to forget: narrated by fantastic Michael Ferraiuolo, which is almost enough of a reason to listen to an audiobook, no matter what it is about!🤩

Hot, swoony and fun

This book was so deliciously good. Lake and Nico are opposites attract, bodyguard, fated mate perfection and watching them get to their HEA squeezed my heart (and my funny bone) so hard. I really loved Lake and Nico’s snarky growly dynamic. The story drew me in from the very first sentence and kept me hooked until the end. It was definitely a stay up too late, cannot put it down, it should get more than 5 stars kind of book. Nico is a dragon shifter who owns a security company with his brothers. Lake is a very rich socialite who recently broke off a brief relationship/fling and is now being stalked. He is unaware that his stalker is a wolf shifter. Nico is hired to be Lake’s bodyguard and from the moment they meet there is instant sizzling chemistry and connection. While Lake and Nico work their way to their HEA and strengthen their mate bond, the story will give you all the feels - laughing, crying, swooning, cringing, teeth gritting, gasping, and cheering. It is an expertly written and engaging storyline delivered perfectly through sweet moments, steamy scenes, real life issues, imperfect characters, painful pasts, dangerous situations, evil actors, chuckles, messy families, and all the swoony love. I can’t wait to read the next story in the series with the swoony Drake brother dragons. Also I really need a cuddle hoard.

Michael Ferraiuolo did a phenomenal job narrating the story and characters into life with enough change of inflection, tone and cadence to voice multiple characters quite convincingly.

Love this series!

Loved the books I read in this Dragon series- but now listening ? Just takes it to the next level. Michael Ferraiuolo has a wonderful voice and makes these guys feel real!

Worth the time and credit

A well developed story. Insta love but the author still took time to let the romance develop in a way that makes sense. The angst is from outside influences that feel real enough. The characters weren’t annoying. No silly misunderstandings or 3rd act breakups. This has everything I look for in a low-to-moderate angst romance.
