Hot vampires + a few laughs

I'm in love with the idea of Equals. The development of vampire lore is new to me and is quite possibly a fantastic, very enjoyable figment of the author's imagination. I love it. I also enjoyed hearing the history of some of the characters. It gave depth to the characters and helped to better understand their actions.

Narration was clear and easy to understand. Doing multiple voices can be hard but she did a decent job with handling the challenge.

fantastic second installment in this great new series

April takes the snark to New York in this one were she not only has a hotel with issues but has to help take her manager under her wing and for April thats an interesting challenge can't wait to see were this series goes next

I thought this was a very good book, I did not like the narrator reading the book, they did not do a good job performing the different people in the book, other than that it was a, I enjoyed it
