Great book for me on my leadership journey

This was a great read and told me a lot of techniques I can use to help me as a leader in build leaders around me. It’s only what I needed to hear I would recommend this to anyone new leader or veteran leader. I look forward to practicing, but I’ve learned thank you. Good luck.

Excellent read for any leader

Understanding the levels of leadership will help you to intentionally help yourself and others on the areas to develop. Great reading.

Loved the book but it felt redundant of his others...

Great book, but again it did feel a bit redundant of John Maxwell’s other leadership books! Overall, great read though!
