great for introverts and wallflowers

Not for everybody, but great for bookworms who need to get out of their shell. This is more of a therapeutic book. It's about baby steps, and it's useful for people who maybe had a few rough encounters with others and are now a little gun shy about going out in the world. It helped me. It's very nuts and bolts, very practical.

Transform into the person you want to be!

I am not the most social person so I picked up this half hour listen so I could overcome social anxiety. It was the best 30 minutes I've spent in a last time because I learned how to transform my life by taking little steps that make a big difference. I love how excited and enthusiastic the narrator was. I've listened to several of his motivational audio books. He is better than Anthony Robbins. Must listen!
