This book is important reading!

Wow. There is so much wisdom in this book in such a short space it's unbelievable. Healing the inner child is key to a life where you can shine and be your best self. I was glad to see some information on rarely revealed steps to providing this healing. If you have a clue that you may need to heal your inner child, this book requires reading!

Not long enough

I enjoy, but the author had to say and a lot of it hit home. The book was not long enough for one credit use. Might be worth looking to see if you could download it free from your library.

Letting go of the past

This book provided me with great tips and exercises to do to heal my inner child. I appreciate the fact that the exercises are simple.

Really helpful healing book

Thank you so much for all the advice in this book. Healing wounds from childhood and fixing attachment styles is something I am working on and this book was very helpful.

Way too short

I feel like this should have been a YouTube video and not an audiobook. There wasn’t enough substance to justify paying for it, even if it was a few bucks.
