Techniques to ensure passive-aggressive behavior doesn’t interfere with workflow, how to take responsibility for your part of the interaction, and how to make sure you aren’t part of the problem. The gist of this “presentation” as the narrator/author rightly calls it, is to keep emotion out of it and zero in on problem solving. Save your credit. It’s a seminar without being able to see the slides, which are referred to in the narrative. The recording quality is bad, but understandable.
