Spot on Guidance for Navigating Corporate Politics

Having both been an individual contributor and a manager at several levels all the way to Sr. Management, I can attest that this is an excellent guide. Mary McIntyre brings decades of 'evaluated experience' to the subject, coupled with anecdotes and self evaluation scorecards along the way that help you assess where you currently are and what you can do to improve. This is information that I find lacking in today's HR organizations. Good book, I highly recommend it.
