The part that was the most helpful for me was when the author talks about the obsession behind a relationship and how to shut down those intrusive thoughts. Even though the mind is so hard to dominate, this book gives you clear explanations of what's going on in your mind, so you can understand your thoughts and feelings better. Then, it gives you the "how" part to put into practice.
