I greatly appreciate this book. As a helicopter mom of a 5 year-old I am not quite there yet however it was great to have these insights early on as I know, eventually the time will come when my boy moves out. I appreciated all the amazing health tips to ensure your physical and mental health supports you through this phase and the financial advice which will ensure me and my husband will be in a good spot and actually able to enjoy this next phase, maybe travel a bit?

Nicely written and well narrated. Highly recommend!

I can imagine what the author was going through. How massively you can be attached to your children. Yes, that's reality. How many more parents are going through the same things. And when that happening, it's very difficult time in life, psychologically and emotionally. The author did incredible job writing this book to help other people to overcome much easier. You can do so much to avoid loneliness, used habits, routine, etc. Simply by make busy your self, to change focus. Different things as described in this book you can do, from change profession or upgrade whatever you have. Take dancing classes, creative activities, connect to the mother nature. Also build relationships with your adults children and others. Keep occupying your self is the way out from empty nest. Thank you autour for sharing your experience to others
