While this is an admirable introduction for those who have yet to experience or embrace the virtual workplace, I was truly hoping for more meat on the bone - which almost grudgingly came in later chapters.

Nevertheless, with a very good resource library provided, I'm looking forward to this author's next book in the hopes that he will step forward and not be as shy to take the point as a virtual worplace authority.
