Give your employees something good to talk about.
Emmy Award-winning speaker Clint Pulver - aka the Undercover Millennial - shares insights gleaned from more than 10,000 undercover interviews with employees across the country, revealing the best methods for identifying talent, building a sense of ownership, and developing a successful workplace culture that employees will love. You’ll also learn the number one driver of employee turnover (spoiler: it has everything to do with you!), what you can do to stop an exodus, and how to build a team that really works. Soon, you’ll be recognizing possibilities where others see problems, and capturing the power of small moments to create a meaningful legacy. Your company can be a place where people don’t just survive, but thrive. I Love It Here shows you how.

This book dives deep into why companies either have good or bad retention rates. The answer is quite simple, if you love it you'll stay. But what creates a culture that allows employees to "love it here"?
Clint created a company called Undercover Millennial to answer that question. I truly believe what Clint does is a game changer as I've seen the impact mentally, physically, and spiritually that wreaks havoc on employees when they don't love it here.
There a plenty of gimmicky books that companies recommend or require their staff to read. Clint is not a gimmick! (which is what I thought at first, sorry 🤣) This book needs to be put in the hands of every mid level manager up through the top bosses of any corporation or business.
Employees: find meaning in what you do, strive to be better, be the change you want to see.
Managers: Show your people recognition, care about the needs of the emploees, be sincere by not faking it till you make it
P.S. if you're into audiobook, Clint read this one himself so it has a personal touch to it
Must read for anyone interested in leadership
