Taking Action on Self-Talk/Care/Love

It’s amazing how easy the solution is but how hard we make the action. This book is for ANYONE that needs simple & practical solutions on changing negative self-talk. We are our worst enemy & critic but we could be our best-friend and greatest lover. The power of life and death is in the tongue especially within ourselves. I read this book for me and have given out a few copies and recommended it to many. It’s so very helpful and useful. A book you’re going to want to read & or listen too a few times to remove the self-condemnation virus and install the loving software.
