In this sizzling novel from New York Times best-selling author Mary B. Morrison, two friends make a provocative bet that forever changes their lives....

Nursing wealthy businessman Chicago DuBois back to health is the least Loretta Lovelace figures she can do. After all, it was her bet that made his wife, Madison, the target of a crazed stalker who put Chicago at death's door. With their marriage on the rocks, Loretta can't resist looking after Chicago - and reigniting his passion for life.

Except now Madison wants to take back what's no longer hers - and she's not the only one. Little does Loretta know that spoiled, beautiful Madison has just the plan to handle her competition, her stalker, and her straying husband....

This guy is absolutely nuts and needs to stop chasing Madison.. Why can’t he see she doesn’t want him.. He definitely did too much..

Gotta love Granville..

This book disappointed me so much I’m not even going to bother with the last one. How is Madison so evil and childish how is Loretta so crazy and how is Tisha seemingly the only decent woman in this book? I don’t understand why Madison keeps blaming Loretta even Loretta told her the bet was off. Idk. This book annoyed me more than anything. The first book was cool, but I won’t know what the last book is like because I’m not wasting my time or credits.

Now how did Loretta become so crazy

EVERYBODY in this series is delusional!! Grandville is my favorite crazy person tho!! Loretta got desperate and delusional. Madison takes no accountability. SHE decided to do the bet but blames Loretta.

*Facepalm*

The voices of the female narrator didn’t have enough character in it. I started off thinking by the middle of the book it would grow on me but by the end I still hadn’t adapted to it. The story line was great but I did not enjoy the sound of the female narrator. I don’t think this book was good for her voice.

Narration not good
