This is Mia's (a Callaway cousin) and Jeremy's story. The book has wonderful, warm characters and memories of her quirky aunt. After her aunt's death, Mia goes to Angel's Bay to clear out her aunt's house and art studio. She meets next door neighbor, Jeremy and his troubled daughter. There is some angst, some mystery, a great romance, and some fun. The narration is very good. It's a very enjoyable book and narration!!
