Charlotte Kasl, is an excellent teacher with a gift for helping people connect with the truth of their own inner authority.... i highly recommend any of her books, i have read There is a clever quote from a protagonist in a movie that illustrates an important point:

incredible beautiful book with exquisite poetry, references and just life changing. absolutely recommend all of her books. have read them all.

I had trouble getting into it at first but when I read listen to it you got so much more out of what be stuck really is.

the advice is pedantic.. I waited 3 chaptes for something of substance and gave up
