What she was doing was immoral, illegal, and could easily get her killed—but Troy Bennett wasn't apologizing to anyone. She'd been caught red-handed in the middle of a felony and she couldn't have picked a more dangerous man to be holding her fate in his hands. Not that straitlaced businessman Dallas Cameron intended to turn her over to the law. He had far more devious intentions for the sexy cat burglar. He planned to uncover the secrets of this complex and mysterious woman who broke into homes and yet had connections with Interpol, who rejected his interest but seduced him at every turn.

this book was a little different from Kay Hooper's other books but it is still a very nice listen.

Wasn't impressed with this one.The story line was o.k.,not very"believable "or very likely. Not much to say for the book, wasn't much to read really. If you want to kill about 5 hours of time,go for it.

I like this narrator unfortunately she has not narrated much so I took a chance on this author without looking at the publication date. So the rating isn’t because it’s poorly written it’s because I didn’t check that it stated material. Make no mistake. The morality in this book is great. With all the Internet information, good old-fashioned morality has gone away for the today’s authors and writing style.
Where are my comments of help?

Deanna Hurst did a great job narrating this story. I originally thought from this description it sounded similar to another book I liked. However, I couldn't really get into this story or relate well with the heroine, Troy. This book really has almost nothing to do with thief part of the description. It's essentially a book in which the hero dislikes the heroine's "job" and tries to convince her she shouldn't continue it because to his mind it's morally wrong. Then he decides its okay because she doesn't gain by doing it and then he can't tolerate it again because she's putting herself at risk. Meanwhile Troy is back and forth about whether she should get involved with him because he called her a thief and will want her to give it up. I really like Kay Hooper's other romantic suspense books but this book should not be counted as part of that category.

Great narration but couldn't get into the story

A little different than Kay Hooper's normal books but still good
I am a big Kay Hooper fan and have read all of the Bishop-Special Crimes Unit Novels. This is totally different, but I still enjoyed the reaction between the characters.
