for the love of God use stop using them. or when you say shadow city you don't then also need to point out shad sect. or shadow forest. or shadow anything else. it should be assumed he didn't just immediately go to another sect without our knowledge

great book

Awesome book. it's fun and engaging. It's almost a slice of life style book but with all the action we want.

Loving the series

I like how the narrator took some of the reviews and listened. I’m having a blast with the world building I just hope this series continues for a long time it has lots of potential Kai could even have a twist where what he thought was the peak was nothing like the dragon heart series but maybe that’s just my byis on how much I love Kai’s personality and powers and don’t wanna see it end.

Fun

The MC leaves the Frontier City to go join the Shadow Sect. There he becomes a Personal Disciple and gains popularity, power, and acclaim. After a while he wins a chance to visit an island that will help his powers grow. There he navigates a cave system into a dangerous area, his masters save him, but they are attacked and the MC is flung into a dark void called the abyss. Book ends
