I'm so grateful to have discovered Benjamin's podcasts, and YouTube channel, this month. I resonated with his energy immediately, and knew I had to get this book! While I don't partake in sacred plant rituals myself, I feel that I have reaped the benefits of an Ayahuasca retreat in Peru myself after listening to this book! I am already integrating the IDA invocations into my daily routine.
