Full transparency...I didn’t go into this expecting a “magic weight loss fix,” I was hoping it would help with sleep, and it did.
The narrator has a really soothing voice, and the sessions are easy to relax into. Even on nights when I’m wired, it helped me shut off the mental noise and fall asleep faster. I also like that it focuses on emotional eating and stress patterns instead of diet hype. Overall...if you’re open to hypnosis and you’ll actually commit to the 21 days, this is a great bedtime routine.

For those who are open, this might help to improve their sleep and make weight loss easier. Although it’s too early to say what results I will get, I do find myself more relaxed while listening to this, and it offers tips and advice for getting a better sleep and boosting your metabolism. I like the structure and routine, so it’s good to stick with it for a couple of months. The PDF is helpful for reference and adds a lot of value.
