Excellent overview of Python

This book is fundamental when trying to understand Python. It reviews the different components, principles and applications. It provides codes and practical advice for more specific functions.

the narrator was NOT a lifeless fish.

the title said it all, the in dept explanations were way more bearable due to the narrator not droning on about it.

Exactly what I wanted and expected.

It was fine. It could have been a little more extensive. It is a good summary. It was quite clear in its explanations.
