Great story. Narrator not so much

Always a great story from PT,

This narrator was abysmal. Every sentence spoken with overly dramatic running out of breath. It got really annoying .

The hard truth about the men who fought at Iwo.

It was all good. A captivating story that was well presented and well told by the reader.

Feeling

Nothing but there are a few references that I didn't recognize. for example the LC1 boat is new to me

Classic war story

Not disappointed as a Deutermann fan. Simple but fun to listen to in the genre.

Best P. T. book

I've listened to all of P. T.'s books and this is the best so far. Great story & narrator. Very detailed and emotional. Highly recommend.
