My leadership experience includes the following:

• Being the founding chief executive officer for 20 years of a commercial bank that grew from a staff of 35 to 1,800 persons
• The first chairman of a national marketing company that held 17 percent of the national market in local gas stations to 100 percent
• A director for 18 years of Neal and Massy Industries Ltd., which had more than 75 subsidiaries
• A chairman for three years of the British West Indian Airways
