The book teaches that a ketogenic diet allows the kindling to burn off for good and the logs to catch fire in their place. The recipes are wonderful in the book and are very simple to make. His book does a wonderful job breaking it down to the bare minimum. The analogy used in the book that fat burns in your body like on a fire and carbs burn in your body like kindling for a fire is a wonderful analogy.

Great overview of the science behind keto, and lots of very specific practical info on how to get started. Delivered in easy to understand language. Not too boring considering the subject matter(nutrition/exercise science). I've been learning about the ketogenic lifestyle for a while from different sources, but this book is a kind of comprehensive overview/detailed summary of the entire subject.

I've been studying this stuff, but Tim blew me away! There is SO MUCH INFO in this course. This is helping me so much! I love that he gives you all the info, and then tells you from experience how to deal with the challenges you will face. That helped me get ready, mentally, for things I never would have been ready for. THIS GUY KNOWS HIS STUFF!!!!
