I was drawn in immediately. The story is so real. It saddens me to think that sort of stuff goes on, but you know it does.

The one girl that was sewn together. Hard to hear.

GOOD STORY, GREAT PERFORMANCE. I DID NOT LIKE HEARING HOW THE CHARACTERS WERE DEVELOPED. IT TAKES AWAY FROM THE CHARACTERS.

I wouldn't live in Grant County!

A small-town county, albeit fictional, with too much violence. Just like Jessica Fletcher's Cabot Cove, Grant County is a deadly location. Karin's series is so gruesome, thrilling, and dramatic. I love this series; it holds up twenty years after publication. I look forward to listening to the remaining books. Sara, Jeffrey, and Lena have some interesting lives and interactions...
